New Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA)

The new Swiss Data Protection Act will come into force on September 1, 2023.

With the rise of digital technology, the current Swiss data protection law dating from the 1990s is now outdated. This revision will allow the country to be considered as a state with a sufficient level of protection to continue exchanging data with the countries of the European Union.

Stricter rules will apply to the processing of personal data, which is why the date has been pushed back to September 1, 2023, to give companies enough time to take the necessary steps.

At DFi Service, we collaborate with a company specialized in data protection in order to be operational when the new revised law comes into force. In addition, we have been ISO27001 certified since 2014 and guarantee our customers a high level of security for their information.

We will have all the keys to protect our customers’ data and all the services offered by DFi will be consistent with the new regulations.
